With over 28 years experience, patron/chef Victor previous owner of Ta’ Victor in Zurrieq is now once again tempting us with his genuine home made food.

Serves all types of Maltese traditional food including Timpana (Macaroni in pastry), Bebbux (Snails),Tigieg (Chicken), Bigilla (broad bean paste), Arjoli (paste made with water biscuits), Ross il- Forn (Baked rice), Bragioli (Beef olives) and much more.

The Maltese Rabbit is a specialty at Ta’ Victor Restaurant and is cooked in various ways. Dishes include :
– Rabbit in Tomato sauce
– Fried Rabbit and Spaghetti with Rabbit sauce.
All these are accompanied with a selection of nuts, Zalzett Malti (Maltese sausage), Gbejniet (cheeselets) and obviously fresh Maltese bread.

Ta’ Victor Restaurant is also famous for the specialty of the day.

We of course have a good selection of Maltese wines available and all meals come with complimentary Maltese platter before and Maltese sweet platter to finish off the meal.
