Vandan Caterers was established in 1977. It is a family run business founded and managed at that time, by Joseph and Erminia Tanti. The name originated from their own two sons Ivan and Daniel, now the successors of the business.

In 1987, they founded new premises where all the delicious items are baked at Serafin Xuereb Street, Zejtun. Ten years ago they also refurbished their cafeteria situated in the heart of Zejtun, whereby one welcomes you to enjoy a nice hot cappuccino in a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. This cafeteria found at 29, Gregorio Bonici. Street, Zejtun, is also equipped with an LCD screen, and wi-fi service. Till the present day, Vandan Caterers are renowned for their own professional standard and services.

Vandan Caterers are accustomed with the latest state of the art machinery to provide the best quality and freshness of food to its customers. They cater for all occasions:- Weddings, events parties and industrial caterers/establishments/institutions. All the food is prepared in our bakery and special care and attention will be given to use the finest ingredients for all products. Each item is prepared under the respective section such as: canapés, finger food, pastries, sweets, meats, frozen foods and prepared lunches. Orders can be tailor made according to our beloved customers’ needs and likings.

Nonetheless, Vandan Caterers are the first to prepare special items for different occasions such as mother’s day, valentine’s day, father’s day and birthdays. Cakes can be made with personalized photos or sugar craft models to satisfy the individual’s tastes.

Another Vandan’s speciality is the Seasonal traditional sweets: delicious prinjolata for the Carnival festivities, the Sfinga, Xkunvat and Zappoli for the feast of St Joseph, the Kwarezimal. Figolli, Qassatat tal-Helu and Easter Eggs for Easter, special scary cakes for Halloween and last but not least the mouth watering delicious sweets and foods for the Christmas period. Besides this, one has to mention that Vandan Caterers presents an attraction of baking the biggest Kanol at Zejt iz-Zejtun (an annual event in Zejtun, celebrating the olive picking season and olive pressing in the production of olive oil).
