Part of the Vassallo Group, CaterEssence is one of the largest contract caterers in Malta. The company, established in 2010, operates from a state of the art central food processing unit in Qormi. CaterEssence employs over 200 employees, out of which 50 are qualified chefs who give their all to the food and pastries produced.
